To initialize the Windows Registration Database.

1) Run 'Regedit.exe /V' from your windows directory
2) Select menu item 'File/Merge Registration File'
3) Select 'OLE2.REG' from the kudo directory
4) Select menu item 'File/Merge Registration File'
5) Select 'KUDO.REG' from the kudo directory
6) Select menu item 'File/Save Changes'
7) exit Regedit
